  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 2 - 4 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean : 2 - 5 weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East : 2 - 6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept custom orders at this time.

What is your return and refund policy?

All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, we realize that there may be situations where merchandise needs to be returned. Products should be returned in its original packaging, unused, in perfect condition with tags attached within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
Requests for returns made more than 7 days following the date of delivery will not be authorized.
We do not offer refunds on:
* custom or personalized orders
* stretched canvas orders (ready to hang canvas)
* items on sale

Shipping options

- Small items that can fit in an envelope will ship regular post and will not include tracking. Parcels too large to fit through a mail slot shipped within Canada will include tracking and insurance.

- All orders shipped to United States include tracking and insurance.

International orders outside of Canada and United States

We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Buyers, are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for international goods.

All clearance items are final sale.
Our selection of clearance items are end of inventory items and are available in limited quantities, While supplies last. (These items are in stock in perfect condition but on sale because discontinued or overstocked) *Clearance sale Not valid with made to order or custom orders.
